Contemporary Dance Academy is excited to be the premiere dance studio for Fort Collins and surrounding areas in Northern Colorado! We are centrally located off of Shields and Drake — near Gib’s Bagels and Raintree Athletic Club.

Our Fort Collins dance studio proudly offers 2 large dance areas for ballet, jazz and lyrical dance classes that are conveniently offered throughout weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings as well as on Saturdays!

Contemporary Dance Academy emphasizes strong classical technique fused with the freedom of movement and energy gained through jazz and lyrical.

School director and owner Polly Creer Sutton has an unsurpassed passion for performing and teaching.

Dance is a fleeting art and requires a different passion. When the performance is over there is no painting to look at or a statue to admire. Dancers leave all they have on the stage. That’s the type of passion I am looking for—-
