The adult dance classes at Contemporary Dance Academy are open to all levels of dancers. They are a fun way to work on core strength and flexibility. All of our adult classes are currently on hold. We will let you know when we start up again.
Adult Jazz, Lyrical and Ballet Classes
CDA’s Adult Jazz, Lyrical and Ballet classes are not currently running. For your convenience, we offer a punch card for our adult classes, 10 classes for $80. Your punch card is kept at our Fort Collins studio and marked when you attend class. They expire at the end of the season and can be purchased online when you register for the class.
Zumba-We are taking the summer off from Zumba. Classes are currently on hold.
CDA is excited that Zumba will be back soon. Zumba is a high energy latin/dance inspired workout, the goal is simple…sweat, love what you are doing, and get hooked, isn’t that the purpose of working out? So you keep coming back for more? It’s positively the best party around. The cost is $5.00 a class at the door, or buy a $40 punch card online for 10 classes.
