The adult dance classes at Contemporary Dance Academy are open to all levels of dancers. They are a fun way to work on core strength and flexibility.
Adult Jazz, Lyrical and Ballet Classes
CDA has Adult Jazz, Lyrical and Ballet classes throughout the week. For your convenience, we offer a punch card for our adult classes. 5 classes for $50 or 10 classes for $80. Your punch card is kept at our Fort Collins studio and marked when you attend class. They expire at the end of the season and can be purchased online when you register for the class.

Zumba
CDA is excited to now offer Zumba every Sunday from 10:40-11:40. Zumba is a high energy latin/dance inspired workout, the goal is simple…sweat, love what you are doing, and get hooked, isn’t that the purpose of working out? So you keep coming back for more? It’s positively the best party around. The cost is $5.00 a class at the door, or buy a $40 punch card online for 10 classes.
