October 2021 Newsletter
Can you believe it is already OCTOBER?! We are almost halfway through our Fall Semester and we hope your dancers are loving their classes as much as we are! Please read through the below October newsletter and be sure to email info@contemporarydanceacademy.
1) TUITION:
October’s full monthly tuition was processed on Friday, October 1st. You did not need to do anything for this unless you received an email saying that your tuition could not be processed. This means we either do not have a card on file for you, it is expired, or there are insufficient funds. Please note that if you wish to pay by check or cash, we do ask for TWO MONTHSpayment of tuition. Tuition breakdown can be found here:
https://
And you can access your online portal to view account statements, update payment information, etc. by visiting:
https://
**Note: Our withdrawal policy online states: Enrollment carries over automatically from month to month. If you need to take time off or withdraw your child from class, please notify CDA staff at least two weeks before your payment is due (the 15th of the month prior). If we do not receive this notice, you will be responsible for a full month’s tuition, even if your child does not attend class. If your child attends class anytime during a month, you will be charged a full month’s tuition.
2) CLARA AND THE NUTCRACKER:
We are full steam ahead on putting on our 11th Annual Production of “Clara and the Nutcracker” for you all (and have our fingers crossed for a full audience this year). Everyone enrolled in a Ballet class Level 1-8 or Fast Track should have received an email the week of September 20th with what role your dancer has been casted in for our upcoming production!
REMINDER! Everyone must fill out the below form by THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 9th in order for your dancer to be a part of the production!
Click HERE to accept your dancers role today!
The $135 production fee (includes costume rental, Nutcracker T-Shirt, and tights) will be charged to your CDA account next Monday, October 11th. If you wish to pay this fee by check or cash, please do so with the front desk before Monday.
3) BRING A FRIEND TO DANCE WEEK
Due to COVID-19 concerns and in effort to keep the number of dancers in each studio down, we will not be holding our usual “Bring A Friend to Dance Week” this semester. However, we always offer one Free Trial Class to anyone who would like to come try out CDA, so if you have a friend who would like to come try class, you can email us and we would be happy to set that up! We will plan to have one in January when Spring Registration is open!
4) HALLOWEEN WEEK (OCT 25-30):
Mark your calendars! October 25-30 is “Halloween Week” here at CDA! This week your dancers can dress up in their Halloween costumes for a fun filled “Spooktacular” week of classes! We will hand out treats and teachers will have some fun Halloween themed classes prepared! Please be sure your dancers costumes are “danceable” and not too distracting. We can’t wait to see all the fun costumes your dancers come up with!
I think that about wraps up our October Newsletter! Thank you for taking the time to read through everything!
